mygosh, my hormones must be runnin' wild.
i've got the heat up for zakk as he has a
cold. want the house warm. and ohmygosh,
i'm melting! and it's not THAT warm in here.
i tumbled outside today for my walk with
great relief for the cool air. i coulda
stayed out there forever this morning.
the air is cool, the breeze is blowing and
the sky is silvery gray.
i walked and thought of the listening deal
i renewed yesterday.
listen and follow.

feel good about it.
real good.
feel directed and ready.

that's my plan today.
