cleaning with the guys

once a week, the guys and i do this mad group
cleaning thing. we finish breakfast, everyone
goes in a different direction and we clean for
a short set amount of time. so it's quick, painless,
and a group effort!

today's was more chaotic than usual as there's
so much goin' on. i love chaos and really get
in a good mood when a lot is swirlin' around.

well, a lot is swirlin' around.
and i was runnin' around cleanin' here and there.

someone had put the christmas music on loud and
rudolph the red nose reindeer had just ended.
i whisked by yo and he had the funniest expression
on his face.

i stopped to see what was up.
his eyebrows were cocked up high, his face all
crinkled and he was lookin' kinda bewildered.
he looked at me and said in the sweetest voice
'that song is really weird. it's all about
peer pressure reindeer.'

it was like the first time he ever really heard it.
it was so funny.

i just started laughing.

i kept hearin' his bewildered 'peer pressure reindeer'
as i cleaned the bathroom and i kept chuckling.

next thing i knew we blew a circuit!
our wiring is really funny and we can do that pretty
easily! which means the guys' computers power go off too.
there's usually a lot of groaning and laughing when that
happens.

so off the power went.
someone figured out what to turn off so as not to make
it blow again.

i was whiskin' around, not thinking, they put the power
back on, and i immediately went over and turned all the
plant lights on.

opps.

there went the power again.

a scream from zakk's office.

he comes runnin' down cause he can't believe it went
off again. what happened???

i doubled over laughing.

um.
um.

i forgot.
i put the plant lights on.

i laughed til i cried.

they all shook their heads.......

and the cleaning resumed.
(without the plant lights)

i don't know why....but times like that are
some of my favorite times with the guys.....
