a study in pink...

i put on pink this morning.
a soft soft pink.

i'm takin' him to get his shoulder operated on
today...i wanted something gentle to be around.

i wanted to exude a gentle presence as i sat around
today at the hospital. last time i was there i saw
some really sad people.

gentleness.
that's what i want to be today.

and so i purposely put on pink.
and i'm gonna pay attention today to gratitude.

because i have a ton to be grateful for...
i'm walkin' in and out with no problems.

if i have nothing more than that, it really seems
i have everything...
