another bone sigh

editing a bone sigh book again.
found this bone sigh this morning....
wanted to share.
just really related.
isn't that silly?!
i'm relating to my own work!
oh man.

she kept going

she began to see the swirl of opposites inside her –
searing pain and tremendous love included.
focusing on the love and allowing the pain,
she kept going.
