a good rain....

it's raining....
i needed to go out in it.
i'm getting old.
normally i woulda walked.
today i hopped in the car.

oh man.
i love that sound of the rain on
the car roof. i love that so much.

just before i left, a friend emailed
me about magic all around us and
helpers near us every step of the way.

i drove and thought of that....

i'm thinking that i can handle some
sticky things like i usually do...
which isn't so great.
or i can handle some sticky things
in a whole new way.

sticky things are headin' my way.
and i'm likin' the new approach
idea.

why not?

it's gonna take some constant
awareness to keep remembering to
come at it all from a different angle...
but i'm thinking i might just bump
into that magic on the way...
and those helpers.

i already have a terrific circle of helpers.
throw in a few unexpected ones...
and what the heck!
who wouldn't try?!

i got kinda pysched about it and the
rain kept comin' down.....

and it all felt right to me.....

there is nothin' like a good rain....
