to the degree I validate,
Accept,
Support
Nourish

what I'm feeling
in the Moment
Whatever it is...

Self-Care
is about my immediate
and increasingly wise

in-the-Moment response to Self.

Self-Indulgence
is an attempt to make up
for the lack of Self-Care.
