there are just times someone else captures what you've been
tryin' and tryin' to say.
and they capture it in two sentences,
when you've been goin' on in paragraphs.
this is what has been on my mind for months now and
i just haven't been able to express.
it was posted today on facebook....and i totally had to share -
'The biggest communication problem is we do not listen to understand.
We listen to reply.'
that is so huge,
that's just what i want to leave here today.
i love that.

I love it too and appreciate you sharing it. . .I am sure so many of us are guilty at some time of this - but I will try to remember - Listen to understand - not reply - so important, soooo important !!!
